Lady Erannia Aracaryn was the ruler of Tauralet and, later, Palas Trostani. She was a great ally of the heroes, both during the rise of Deminor and the Mindflayer invasion.

Appearance

Despite being several centuries old, Erannia looked surprisingly young. She had long, pale blond hair and clear skin, as well as the pointy ears of the Elven race. The only part of her body that denounced her age were her deep blue eyes, filled with ages of knowledge and experience.

Personality

Wise and serene, Erannia always had a good advice. She was usually serious, although warm and kind.

Biography

Age of Dawn, Light and Dark and Age of Heroes

Erannia is old - really old. She was a child when a civil war divided the Elven Penninsula in two nations: Lithsarí and Istarí. She was among the refugees from the war that colonized the Trostani Forest in Breniel, and was a part of Brendan Valaran's army against the Dragon Empire, was already the ruler of Tauralet during the Brenielian-Avalorian War, and commanded troops in the battle against Tanatos.

Rise of Deminor

Erannia first crossed the path of the heroes fighting Deminor when they arrived at Tauralet, seeking her guidance. She asked them to retrieve a sacred jewel from a Lizara tribe, and rewarded them by using her clairvoyance to make a prophecy, which ended up being the key to defeating the Lady of Shadows. She also sent soldiers to aid the heroes during the Battle of Valarda.

The Siege of Palas Trostani

Fifty years later, yet another group of adventurers met her, this time during her rule of Palas Trostani. As they warned her of an upcoming Dark elf invasion, she interrupted the Lithsarín festival and gathered the troops. After it was revealed that the Dark Elves were running away from Mindflayers, she settled the conflict and sent the heroes to the King Hieron Elarot I, but not before granting them legendary gifts: The Katana of Souls, the Cloak of Shadows, the Ring of Four Elements, the Bo Staff of Power and the Bows of Keen Eye.
